Stock Holding

We provide our customers with increased levels of productivity, visibility and inventory management.
To support this our factory floor we have in place two impressive ultra-modern Kardex shuttle storage Robots – one for finished parts storage which houses all our stock holding for our Kanban, JIT and Scheduled Order customers, other machine shuttle is used to control our tool inventory.
Both Kardex shuttle Power Pick Global software is linked with the Tricorn Engineering Management system for quick and effective shipping of both component and tooling.

Tool store facility ensures to provide dedicated and specialized tooling requirement towards individual machining components. Apart from some of the major tooling which is stocked in our tool store, we always endeavour to improve and develop more effective and suitable tooling to make the job cycle times more efficient and convenient to manufacture.
